Mabuchi operated under the management philosophy of "Contributing to International Society and Continuously Increasing Our Contribution." We believe the survival and development of a company can be realized only when it continues to increase its contribution to society.
While it is natural for a company to make profits that ensure its survival and development, the pursuit of profits itself should not be the purpose of corporate activities. Our ultimate goal is to raise the level of our social contribution and to keep being indispensable to society.
At the same time, we hope all the people in the Mabuchi Group will grow as humans by making social contributions through their work as corporate members and by valuing not only humans, but also nature and the environment, and by achieving a fulfillment that transcends that from mere material affluence.
