Kenichi MABUCHI, the founder of our company, believed that "science education must flourish in order to build the future of Japan," and we have continued our educational support activities, inheriting his thoughts when he created a school motor for use in school educational materials. Today, we are expanding our activities to the entire group, including overseas locations.
Initiatives for Social Contribution and Educational Support
Mabuchi aims to contribute to the development of society by extending various types of support to local communities and international society. This is an effort in line with our management principle “Contributing to international society and continuously increasing our contribution.” As one such activity, we provide educational support to the young people who will lead the next generation to help them grow up surrounded by the joy of science and manufacturing. In addition, we continue to implement community-based environmental protection and social welfare activities.

Exhibition at the Science Museum
The permanent exhibition at the Science Museum (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) introduces the basic principles of motors, motors that play an active role in our daily lives, and crafts using motors in an easy-to-understand manner.

Co-Sponsoring a Robot-Building Contes
Mabuchi has been co-sponsoring the National Technical College Robot Contest and the ABU Robot Contest and the College Robot Contest by providing motors and funds for them. We support these events in the hope that we can help to foster future engineers and develop science and technology.

Support to Kashiwa Reysol Academy as a sponsor
As part of our local community contribution and educational support activities, we concluded a uniform sponsorship agreement with Kashiwa Reysol Academy, established as an organization for helping human resources to become football players of Kashiwa Reysol, a professional football team. We also support the youth class of Kashiwa Reysol based in the Higashi Katsushika area, where our Headquarters is situated.
Support to Fighters Kamagaya Stadium as a sponsor
As part of our local community contribution activities, we sponsor the Fighters Kamagaya Stadium, the farm ground of the professional baseball team Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. As part of our sponsorship activities, we invite 150 children from single-parent families and their families to Matsudo City annually through the Matsudo City Child Support Division to support children in the community.

We are actively involved in cleaning up areas around our overseas affiliates to improve the standard of living and the environment of local residents.
Activities to support local community
Mabuchi is engaged in regional volunteer activities and is implementing support activities for visiting and taking care of seniors living alone, children in orphanages, and the like.
Mabuchi employees, including those in the Headquarters are actively cooperating in donating blood as a Group-wide activity.
We also cooperate with career education activities at high schools in Matsudo City, where our head office is located, and with elementary school workplace tours.
At overseas bases, we also continue to provide educational support such as constructing school buildings, supporting scholarships, and donating books and learning supplies to students from local elementary school to university.
